  • Each project is unique in cost due to the size of sail and posts. The range of cost can be anywhere from $6,000.00-$10,000.00.

  • Shade sails can last anywhere from 3-5 years depending on the amount of sun. Colorado gets a lot of direct sunlight which reduces the lifespan of the shade sail. Most will last 3 years as long as you remove them during the snowy months.

  • We use ground screws to anchor our posts instead of the usual concrete caisson. This allows us to install the post the same day the ground screws are installed. These also reduce the wear and tear on the yard from digging and removal of dirt.

  • Installation can be completed in one day when all materials have arrived and after posts have been fabricated.

  • The shade sails we use are tested with winds up to 45mph. Northern Colorado wind speeds in Spring, Summer and Fall average 8.9-11.2mph. Shade sails must be taken down during the snowy months to prevent damage.

  • Shade sails can be installed over patios, decks, pools, playground, etc. As long as the intended area has space for a shade sail, it can be installed.

  • Shade sails require very minimal maintenance. As long as you store it neatly in a secure location during the winter to prevent rodents from nesting, it will last 3-5 years.

  • Yes. As long as your existing structure is sound, a shade sail can be installed.
